This policy covers the SMS security-alert service for Northline Portal, operated by T.W. Hudson. It sends you notifications about security events on your account.
What we collect
We collect your mobile number, optional name, and your SMS consent. We record the time of enrollment, the enrollment page, and the exact consent language and version you accepted. We also use a hash of your IP address to limit repeated requests; expired rate-limit entries are cleared when new requests are processed.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your enrollment, send the security-alert messages you opted into, respond to support requests, and honor opt-outs. Enrollment does not, by itself, verify ownership of a mobile number.
Your mobile information stays with this program
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from marketing data sharing.
Service providers, including our SMS delivery provider, may process information only as needed to operate the service on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and retention
Enrollment details are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our server with restricted access. They are not publicly listed. We retain enrollment and consent records to operate the service, document your choices, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We may retain a minimal suppression record after an opt-out to prevent further messages. This enrollment page has no advertising trackers.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. You can also request access or correction, or request deletion, by emailing t.hudson@twhudson.dev. Deletion requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Consent is voluntary and is not required to use the portal.
