Northline Portal Security Alerts is an optional SMS service operated by T.W. Hudson. It sends you time-sensitive, factual notifications about security events on your Northline Portal account, such as a new or unrecognized sign-in, a password or security-setting change, or an account lockout after failed attempts. It is not a promotional or marketing service.
Enrolling
To enroll, enter your own mobile number, check the SMS consent box, and submit the enrollment form. The checkbox is not preselected. You agree to receive automated security-alert texts for your Northline Portal account at that number. Consent is not required to use the portal. You may use the portal without enrolling.
Frequency and scope
Alerts are sent only when a relevant account security event occurs; there is no fixed quota. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s charges are your responsibility. Alerts are strictly limited to account security notifications — no promotional or marketing messages are sent through this program.
Unsubscribe or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation of your cancellation. You can also contact t.hudson@twhudson.dev for help or to cancel. Tell us if your mobile number changes.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for information about data use, service providers, consent records, and your choices. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Availability
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Security alerts supplement, but do not replace, other account-security measures available in Northline Portal.
Changes and contact
